Symphonic Winds
During the Fall Semester, the Symphonic Winds focuses on music performed during football season, as well as music performed at the Winter Concert in December. Also, students may choose to participate in individual competitions, such as All-Region and All-City, which occur in November and December.
In the Spring Semester, the Symphonic Winds prepares Grade 3-level music for UIL Concert and Sightreading Contest in April, as well as for the Spring Concert in May. Individuals are encouraged to participate in Solo & Ensemble in February.
